Java You've seen those neat menus that change color when you move the mouse over them and the many other things that do fancy "tricks". Here's where to get them! Java and applets are easy to install but the CGI's require access to a CGI area where your web page is housed.

Digital Cat Java Resource Center
This site is in both Japanese and English. Their description says "Our COLLECTION has a lot of resources. ( How many ... let me see.... 3,029 (US) 11/05/98 20:56:49 (PST) ). Our COLLECTION is more than just Applets. There are also Java Applications, Documents, Collections and JavaScripts. You can search for all kinds of Java resources." Is nicely organized.

Java Boutique, The
The Java Boutique offers a large selection of applets ranging from counters to fancy scripts and even a spirograph. They also have source code for over 130 java applets and applications. Most programs are free. Worth visiting!

Java Goodies
Another great page by Joe Burns, PhD. This site bills itself as "The Largest Java Script Repository on the World Wide Web". There are several java sript tutorials, info on how to grab scripts, a java script library and a good sprinkling of other java related items including a whole page of "scrolling scripts".

JavaPowered.com
You'll find a nice assortment of applets and java scripts here.. everything from clocks to pop-up menus to scrolling banners. There are working examples of the files so you can check them out to see if they 'll suit your needs.

Javascript Source, The
The JavaScript Source is an excellent JavaScript resource with tons of "cut & paste" JavaScript examples for your web pages. All for free! With their new Email-a-Script System, you can enter your e-mail address and they will send the coding for the JavaScript example on that page! All for free!

Java Web Spigots
Here's where you'll find David Griffiths wonderful applet that places a rippling lake in front of your graphics, a quiz show applet, the amazing panorama applet as well as many others. These are free applets and the site is well worth the visit.

Lone Wolf's Software
A small but very nice selection of java scripts including java script code for generating both two and three-button roll-overs. There are also scripts to generate a pocket phonebook, a calendar, wallpaper and a menu generator. All are free too.

Matt's Script Archive
These are some of the most useful perl scrips around. Matt Wright has an excellent selection of his own scripts that include a forms mailer (used by this site), a message board, random image displayer, counters and much more. He also has links to other good script sites.
